Fastrack wanted to broaden their sales opportunities by offering software and training solutions to customers through a high performance on-demand service, providing secure access for multiple customers. However, they wanted to remain focused on software development and avoid the need to hire new dedicated support staff to design, purchase, deploy and manage the service in-house.
Approach
Intrahost needed to provide Fastrack with a complete solution, offering a high performance, scalable and secure platform that would enable them to deliver their applications on-demand to their growing customer base on a 24x7x365 basis.
