Error adding SSL Certificate in cpanel

User sees the error:

If "Setup a SSL certificate to work with your site" option is not available, your web host may have disabled it. You will need to contact them about how to install the bundle file.

When trying to install wordpress running on cpanel.

The certificate needs to be added in WHM (aswell as cpanel by the user) through:

SSL/TLS
Install an SSL certificate on a domain
Select the user's cpanel account
Browse to the certificate and install
