Two Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to logins. Once enabled & configured, each time you sign in you will be asked to enter both your username & password as well as a second factor such as a security code.

To use this, you will need to download a Soft Token app for your smart phone. We have found SecurEnvoy to work well. It is available free for iPhone & Android.

To enable Two-Factor Authntication for your Client Area login, follow the following steps.
1) Download SecurEnvoy App
2) Login to CLient Area
3) Select Edit Account Details
4) Select Security Settings tab
5) Click to Enable
6) Follow the simple on-screen instructions.

When you have completed the process, please keep your emergency number safe.
