How do I point a domain to a subfolder of another domain?

Pointing a domain to a subfolder of another domain is exactly the same procedure as adding an additional domain, the only difference being ensuring the document root is entered to represent the subfolder. To do so, follow the below instructions:

  1. Log into your cPanel account
  2. Scroll down the page, then click on the Addon Domains icon
  3. Enter the domain name you are wanting to add in the New Domain Name field
  4. Upon clicking out of the New Domain Field, the Subdomain/Ftp Username: and Document Root: fileds will be automatically completed.
  5. Change the document root field to represent the location of the subfolder within the domain you wish it to point to.
  6. Enter a password for accessing the domain over ftp, then re-enter it in the second box and click on Add Domain
